The bonus package includes access to an on-demand streaming video of the program, a copy of the book Living with Grief: Cancer and End-of-Life Care and the option to receive 2.5 continuing education credits for a $25 fee. For an additional $5, you can also receive a copy of the DVD. This bonus package is an excellent option if you were unable to attend our live video-teleconference.
This year, you can purchase a bonus package of the Cancer and End-of-Life Care program. The bonus package includes a full-length DVD and access to an on-demand streaming video of the program. Both the DVD and the streaming video will be available for continuing education credits to your attendees for a $25 fee. Your attendees can receive 3 credits or 2.5 credits; for your attendees to receive 3 credit hours, you must hold a 30 minute discussion after the program. The bonus package may be viewed as many times as you wish. This bonus package is an excellent option if your organization had scheduling conflicts with the live program or would like to offer the program on several different dates and times.
