HFA’s 16th annual National Bereavement Teleconference, Living with Grief®: Diversity & End-of-Life Care, focuses on ways of understanding diversity and how cultural histories, traditions and beliefs can affect end-of-life-care. The teleconference examines the most current theories and practices in this area, and combines academic research with hands-on advice for hospices, hospitals, counseling programs, funeral homes and other health and social service settings.
